Shipping Policy

NOW Interactives processes all shipments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery and transit is 3-5 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. To ensure the fastest delivery some orders will ship from our fulfillment centers.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, NOW Interactives is not responsible for any returned, lost, held, or damaged packages.

NOW Interactives is not responsible for incorrect shipping info or for mis-delivery errors via carrier. Shipping is a service you purchase from (USPS/UPS/FedEx) along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by (USPS/UPS/FedEx). In case your shipment is returned, lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

We do NOT ship internationally.

All orders that result in cancellation due to an undeliverable address will be refunded and charged a (3%) restocking fee.
